來水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(上(shang)(shang)級(ji)出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)或待處理水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui))經(jing)分(fen)配水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)進(jin)(jin)濾(lv)器,自(zi)(zi)上(shang)(shang)而下地(di)過濾(lv),當濾(lv)后(hou)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)帽到(dao)達并(bing)充(chong)滿集水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區后(hou),開(kai)始(shi)經(jing)由(you)連通(tong)管(guan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang),清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)也稱沖洗水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang),當清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)滿后(hou)由(you)溢流管(guan)道外送。由(you)于濾(lv)層(ceng)不(bu)斷截留進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)的懸浮物,濾(lv)層(ceng)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)頭損失逐漸增加(jia),使(shi)得(de)虹吸上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)管(guan)中(zhong)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)。當水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位上(shang)(shang)升(sheng)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)虹吸輔助管(guan)口時(shi),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)(zi)該(gai)管(guan)開(kai)始(shi)下落,下落工程中(zhong),由(you)于水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)力作用通(tong)過抽氣(qi)管(guan)將(jiang)虹吸下降管(guan)內的空(kong)氣(qi)帶走,形成(cheng)真空(kong)(負壓)。當負壓到(dao)達設計值時(shi),便發(fa)生虹吸現象,此時(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)中(zhong)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)(zi)下而上(shang)(shang)地(di)反洗使(shi)濾(lv)料得(de)以“再生”。由(you)于連續(xu)不(bu)斷反洗濾(lv)層(ceng),清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)(xiang)中(zhong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位下降至破壞斗時(shi),虹吸作用被破壞,反洗結(jie)束,過濾(lv)裝置又重(zhong)新開(kai)始(shi)工作。
無閥(fa)濾(lv)池的(de)沖(chong)洗(xi)是全自動的(de),有(you)時因管理(li)上的(de)需要,在濾(lv)池水(shui)頭損失還(huan)沒(mei)有(you)達到最大時就需要沖(chong)洗(xi),為(wei)此(ci)設(she)有(you)強制(zhi)沖(chong)洗(xi)器,強制(zhi)沖(chong)洗(xi)器利用(yong)壓力水(shui)造成(cheng)輔助管內(nei)產(chan)生負(fu)壓,通過抽氣管的(de)作用(yong)形成(cheng)虹吸。
重力式(shi)無閥(fa)濾(lv)池由分(fen)配水槽、進水管、過濾(lv)室、集(ji)水區、連通管、沖洗水箱、溢流槽、虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)上升管、虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)下(xia)降管、虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)輔助管、抽(chou)氣管、排水水封(feng)箱、虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)破(po)(po)(po)壞管、虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)破(po)(po)(po)壞斗(dou)、強制(zhi)虹(hong)(hong)吸(xi)(xi)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置、強制(zhi)破(po)(po)(po)壞裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置等(deng)組(zu)件構成(cheng),是集(ji)水力學、結構學、空氣動力學為一(yi)體(ti)的凈化水裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)置。
